You can proceed as follows: My Account> My Orders> Easy Return> Select the product to be returned (or exchanged), and write a reason or request in the description section.
You can send your return / exchange product with DHL Kargo, using the code on behalf of Tinybrandshop. Your request will be answered positively / negatively after reviewing the product. If it is not determined that the error / malfunction or breakdown is caused by the user, the price of the product will be refunded to your credit card within 10 working days, which is the legal period.
